The Velo Return Privilege

THE VELO RETURN PRIVILEGE

We engineer our travel essentials to exceed your expectations. However, if your purchase does not perfectly align with your needs, we are pleased to offer a 7-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

Eligibility Requirements To maintain the pristine quality of our collection, all returned items must be in the exact condition you received them—untouched, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Initiating a Return To request a return, please contact our concierge team at veloliveease@gmail.com.

If your return is authorized, we will provide a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note: Items sent back to our facility without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & Discrepancies Your order should arrive flawlessly. Please inspect your package upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and swiftly make it right for you.

Non-Returnable Items For hygiene and safety standards, personal care goods (such as our travel wipes and grooming tools) cannot be returned once opened. We also cannot accept returns on bespoke/custom products, final sale items, or gift cards. If you have questions about the eligibility of a specific item, please reach out to our team.

Exchanges To secure your desired item as quickly as possible, we recommend processing a standard return for your original purchase. Once your return is accepted, you can confidently place a separate order for the new piece.

The Refund Process Once your return is received and inspected at our headquarters, we will notify you of its approval status. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 15 business days.

Please keep in mind that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account. If more than 20 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at veloliveease@gmail.com.
