The price charged will be the price in effect at the exact moment your order is placed. Unless explicitly stated, posted prices do not include shipping, customs, or import duties. VELO is not liable for delays caused by external shipping carriers, customs processing, or global events beyond our control. Once your package is securely handed over to our shipping partners, the title and risk of loss transfer to you.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY The VELO brand—including our trademark, name, logo, aesthetic, imagery, text, and design—is exclusively owned by VELO and its parent company, and is protected by international intellectual property laws. SECTION 9 - OUR RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY Our digital boutique is hosted on Shopify Inc. While they provide our e-commerce platform, your purchase agreement is directly with VELO. By using our Services, you release Shopify from any liability or claims related to your transactions with us.

SECTION 10 - PRIVACY Your privacy is a priority. The submission of personal information through our store is governed by our Privacy Policy. Because our store is hosted by Shopify, your data is also processed in accordance with Shopify’s privacy standards to ensure secure transactions.

SECTION 18 THROUGH 22 - GOVERNING LAW & GENERAL CONDITIONS If any provision of these Terms is deemed unlawful or unenforceable, that specific provision shall be severed without affecting the validity of the remaining terms. These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and VELO. They shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where VELO is headquartered (Ajman, UAE).

SECTION 23 - CHANGES TO TERMS We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time to reflect our evolving standard of excellence. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of the website following any changes constitutes your acceptance.
